See exactly where your CPF goes
Enter your monthly salary, age and citizenship status. We'll show your Employee and Employer CPF contributions, your take-home pay, and how the total splits across your Ordinary, Special and MediSave accounts, using the official 2026 rate tables.
Why it matters
One of your biggest savings pools, and one of the least understood
CPF contribution rates changed again on 1 January 2026: the Ordinary Wage ceiling rose to $8,000 a month, the final step of a phased increase, and rates for workers above 55 to 65 went up too. Most people know roughly what percentage comes off their pay, but far fewer know exactly how that splits across their three accounts, or how a bonus is treated differently from regular salary.
This calculator uses the current official rate and allocation tables, not a rough estimate, so you can see the real numbers behind your payslip.
Your details
Figures are for personal planning, using the official 2026 CPF rate tables.
Built for personal planning using official 2026 rates. Actual payroll applies specific rounding rules that may shift the final cents, this is an estimate, not a payslip.
Common questions
Before you start
Which citizenship option should I pick?
Singapore Citizens and PRs in their 3rd year or later use the same standard rate table. If you're a newer PR, CPF uses lower graduated rates for your first two years, so pick whichever year applies to you.
What's the difference between Ordinary Wage and Additional Wage?
Ordinary Wage (OW) is your regular monthly salary, capped at $8,000 for CPF purposes. Additional Wage (AW) covers bonuses and other variable payments, which have their own annual ceiling on top of your OW.
Why isn't my whole bonus subject to CPF?
There's an annual Additional Wage ceiling of $102,000 minus the OW you've already contributed on for the year. Once you're near that ceiling, further bonus amounts in the same year stop attracting CPF.
Is this accurate enough to check my payslip?
It's built for personal planning, using the official 2026 rate and allocation tables. Actual payroll uses specific rounding rules that can shift the final cents, so for a payslip dispute, check CPF Board's own calculator or your payroll department.
What are the OA, SA and MA accounts actually for?
Ordinary Account (OA) can go toward housing, insurance, investment and education. Special Account (SA) is for retirement and retirement-related investments. MediSave Account (MA) is for healthcare costs and approved medical insurance, including Integrated Shield Plan premiums.
Please note
What this calculator is, and isn't
This tool is general education only, using CPF contribution and allocation rates effective 1 January 2026, as published by the CPF Board. It is built for personal financial planning, not as a substitute for official payroll processing, and does not account for every edge case (such as CPF Donation Fund deductions or partial-month proration). For an exact payslip figure, use CPF Board's own calculator or check with your employer.
